This website does not sell or ship any product. It only highlights deal of reputed companies that we think will be of value to our users. However, we do not have any control over the merchant who is actually selling the products. Therefore, you have to contact that company/merchant website where you actually purchased the product directly by following the procedure mentioned therein. However, if there are repeated complaints or significant problems, we will discontinue making referrals to them.

15. Do you act as a mediator and resolve a dispute if I had a bad experience with a merchant?
